A heavily sherried, almost black example of this famous distillery. Ultra-clean & dry with no sulphur or other off-notes and, astonishingly little wood impact. not much oak or tannins, not overly complex, but fat, dense and a real mouthful of coating sherry-sweetness. Difficult to guess the age right therefore – but that does no harm at all. Clearly a desert whisky – our panel quickly & unanomiously gave thumbs-up for this one.

パーフェクトドラムの名に恥じない上質ファークラス。UDティーニニックに共通する八つ橋の皮のような甘みは樽依存なのか。

2009年のリリースはすばらしいものばかり、金融危機の中で蒸留所の良質な樽を放出、なお買いやすい状態があるのではないかとマスター。

エージェンシー、パーフェクトドラムとこのあたりのボトルは将来的にサマローリの地位を得る可能性が大と思われ、ぜひ今のうちに試しておいたほうがいいと 思う。
